ShieldCoach Security Corporation is the personal information controller for data collected through shieldcoach.net. Our office is at Unit 1&2 L17 B33 Sampaguita cor. Jasmin St. TS Cruz Subd., Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City, 1751, Philippines.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect:

your full name, email address and message (required)
your phone number and company or organization (optional)

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry: to respond about our services, arrange a security assessment, or discuss a career opportunity you asked about. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

A few providers process data on our behalf so this website can work:

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
Resend delivers your form message by email to our team.
Google hosts our business email (Google Workspace), where your message is received, and provides the map on our contact page.

These providers may process data on servers outside the Philippines.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectification, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
